My name is Natacha, and I’ve spent over eight years studying yoga in Mysore, India, guided by lineage-based, traditional teachers. With more than 1,000 hours of certified training, my teaching is rooted in the classical systems of Ashtanga Mysore style and traditional Hatha yoga — passed down through generations with precision, respect, and intention.
My mission is to offer a therapeutic approach to yoga, where movement, breath, and awareness support healing and balance. I work with all ages, including seniors, and specialize in adapting yoga for those with injuries, chronic conditions, or physical limitations. Every class is tailored to the individual rhythm, structure, and physiology of each student, with a strong focus on alignment, anatomy, and mindful adjustment.Classes are taught in English and Sanskrit, honoring the roots of yoga while remaining accessible to an international community. My teaching style is dynamic, joyful, and creative, with a deep commitment to alignment and care for each human being. I believe in listening to the body’s wisdom and guiding each student with precision and presence.
The studio is fully equipped with high-quality props and materials to support adaptive yoga for all bodies. We also integrate nutrition, meditation, and breathwork to help prevent and manage physical and emotional imbalances — because true healing goes beyond the mat.
